All online purchases are final. We do not process refunds, returns or exchanges for items bought online.

In-Store Exchanges

Exchanges can be made in-store within 48 hours of purchase.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags and billing receipt.
Custom-made, personalised products, custom hampers, and jewellery are not eligible for in-store exchanges.
Exchange subject to product availability.
