At Siguette Roshe, all products are carefully curated or handcrafted and pass multiple quality checks prior to dispatch. Due to the nature of our offerings, we maintain a strict no-refund policy and limited exchange provisions only in specific defect-related cases, as outlined below.

Refund Policy

Siguette Roshe does not offer refunds in any case.
Once an order is placed and dispatched, it is final and cannot be refunded, cancelled, or reversed under any circumstances.

Category-Wise Policy

Gift Hampers

  • No return, no exchange, no refund whatsoever.
  • All gift hampers are final sale items due to customization, bundled components, and hygiene considerations.

Jewellery

  • No return, no exchange, no refund.
  • Jewellery items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene, handling, and product sensitivity.

Clothing

  • No return, no exchange, no refund for reasons including size, fit, styling, color preference, or change of mind.
  • Only manufacturing defects may be reviewed strictly at our discretion, subject to claim conditions below.

Shawls & Other Handcrafted Products

  • No return, no exchange, no refund for personal preference, color variation, weave, texture, or styling expectations.
  • Defect-related claims may be reviewed solely at the discretion of Siguette Roshe.

Defective or Damaged Items – Claim Review Process

In rare cases where an eligible product (excluding gift hampers and jewellery) is received in a damaged or defective condition, Siguette Roshe may review the claim subject to all conditions below.

Mandatory Claim Conditions

  • A clear, continuous unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.
  • The unboxing video is mandatory and serves as the primary and non-negotiable proof.
  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email, along with the unboxing video.

Claims failing to meet any of the above conditions will not be considered.

Resolution (If Claim Is Approved)

If a claim is approved after internal verification, Siguette Roshe may, at its sole discretion:

  • Offer an exchange for the same product (subject to availability), or
  • Issue a credit note of equivalent value, valid for future purchases on the Siguette Roshe website.

No monetary refunds will be issued.

Additional Clarifications

  • Minor variations in color, weave, texture, zari work, or finish are inherent to handcrafted products and shall not be considered defects.
  • Product images are for representation purposes; slight differences may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or artisanal processes.
  • The final decision on all claims rests solely with Siguette Roshe and is binding.
